The Board of Trustees heads the organization. All policies and decisions are made by the Board. The Patron is the chief promoter of SOPAN’s mission in the larger community. The advisor provides support and guidance in financial matters. The managing trustees are members of the board who plan and supervise the projects.

Each project of SOPAN is headed by a Principal/Coordinator who is responsible for the smooth functioning of the project and reports to the managing trustees.
