The local Management Committee (LMC) of Suvidya College has been constituted as per the guidelines prescribed by University of Mumbai. The LMC provides guidelines for the academic programs of the college. The LMC meets twice every year to review the program and provide recommendation for improvement in the processes.

3. College Grievance Redressal Committee:
The objective of College Grievance Redressal Committee (CGRS) is to review and resolve students’ grievances in any of the following areas
- Non-compliance of admission procedures prescribed by Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell
- Non-compliance of declared admission policy of the college
- Publishing incorrect/ false/ misleading information in college brochure
- Withholding/refusing to return documents such as degree/diploma certificate and other papers submitted by the student
- Refusal to refund fee within stipulated time
- Unfair examination/evaluation related practices
